Have you noticed Cinehill’s new visual identity? It was created by our neighbour Slavimir Futro, a Belgrade designer of world renown who spends his holidays in his beautiful house in Gorski Kotar. He is also a passionate cinephile, so the collaboration between the festival and the Belgrade artist came about naturally.
Slavimir Futro is a graphic designer, visual artist, writer and professor. His works are in museums, galleries and private collections, as well as in numerous publications, books and encyclopedias of graphic design. Winner of a large number of international awards and recognitions, including the Lifetime Achievement Award of UEPS, the Association for Market Communications of Serbia. He is the author of the book Logo Logic, the autobiographical hit novel Nine and the collection of stories Merino Tiger. According to his children’s book series The Adventures of Singi Lumba, a play of the same name was staged at the Duško Radović Little Theater in Belgrade.
