A short drama that follows Nikola as he travels to the Montenegrin south to bid farewell to his best friend. During his journey, he meets Maja, and together they embark on a path through rocky landscapes towards the sea, where farewells turn into new beginnings. This evocative film captures themes of friendship, loss, and the search for meaning. The film had its premiere at the Sarajevo Film Festival in 2023. Bakrač’s body of work includes several short and medium-length films that have been showcased at over 60 international film festivals, while his debut feature film, After the Winter (2021), premiered at Karlovy Vary and explores themes of friendship and resilience in a post-war generation.
