Seven-year-old Berta spends the summer at her grandmother’s country house after her parents’ divorce. While the adults are resting, her 15-year-old cousin Jorge offers to teach her how to ride a bike. This seemingly innocent offer takes a darker turn as Jorge has other intentions. Lava was screened at more than 60 international film festivals, including the Málaga Film Festival, and won Best Spanish Short at the Zaragoza Film Festival.
