Pino suffers from hemophilia and has spent his whole life watching other children play outside from the safety of his apartment. When a girl sees him spying on them, she visits the strange ‘Glassboy’ and discovers him to be clever, funny and a great artist. Thrilled to finally have a real friend, Pino is determined to leave his room and enjoy the life outside. But his illness is far from harmless. And then, there’s his overbearing grandmother.
