The first of this year's Breakfasts in Motovun took place on the front hotel terrace at 11:30 this morning. In a relaxed atmosphere, the hosts – Miroljub Vučković and Wendy Mitchell (Screen International) – spoke with our old friend Stephen Daldry. He spoke about his art, his theatrical and film careers, the issues of censorship and artistic freedom and also about casting young actors and working with them. As our breakfasts really are breakfasts, one oft he questions from the audience was: „How were the eggs?“
