Young engaged couple, Brad and Janet (Barry Bostwick and Susan Sarandon), seek refuge after their car breaks down at a secluded estate owned by a mad scientist, Dr. Frank N. Furter. He tries to seduce them both to use them in his experiment of creating an artificial being. Even though the film initially failed with both critics and audiences, years later, it began gaining popularity and became one of the iconic films.
