TV director Dunja is editing a series about Štefica Cvek, an introverted office clerk living in the world of romance novels and looking for the right man. Dunja’s relationship with literary critic Sale is on the rocks, so she finds herself in a similar position to her on-screen heroine. The scenes of Štefica’s encounters with her lovers (Miki Manojlović, Bata Živojinović and Rade Šerbedžija) are well and fondly remembered. The film won the Golden Arena for Director and Music.
