In a politically ruptured Hungary, left-winger Ferenc Gyurcsány gives his all in the battle against rising nationalism, personified by Viktor Orbán. The only independent crew following Viktor Orbán’s government’s campaign in 2017 and 2018 was led by Hungarian filmmaker Eszter Hajdú. Eszter Hajdu had exclusive access to film as well the former-prime minister Ferenc Gyurcsány’s campaign in 2018, in his election battle against the far-right Orbán.
