Taste the best of local cuisine during a presentation of the rich culinary heritage of Gorski Kotar, organised by the Gorski Kotar Tourist Board. Restaurants from the Gorski Kotar region will serve traditional local dishes – from the hearty venison goulash with homemade polenta, and river delicacies such as trout, or breaded frogs’ legs, to the essential homemade blueberry strudel. Visitors will also be able to sample cocktails made with Gorski Kotar gin, traditional liqueurs, and fine Kvarner wines – with the memorable backdrop of Vrelo Cave.
