Inuit lawyer Aaju Peter fights for the rights of the Arctic’s indigenous peoples, colonised twice over – first by Danish control of Greenland, then by Canadian policies. While working to establish an indigenous peoples’ forum within the European Union and calling on Western nations to assume responsibility for colonialism, she faces the intensely personal experience of losing her youngest son.
