Algorithms, technophobes, dating app addicts, vloggers… We are all part of the digital madness that has taken over our lives and our screens. In five subversive and hilarious Black Mirror-like tales, Selfie takes on our digital shortcomings, while entertaining us with many adventures of the Homo numericus who is about to break. The films screened at this year’s online edition of South by Southwest Festival. One of the stories was directed by Thomas Bidegain, a co-writer of Jacques Audiard’s award-winning films Rust and Bone and A Prophet.
