In the eighth part of the queer series loosely based on Arthur Schnitzler’s Dream Story, the director is able to draw from a repertoire of motifs. Different materials reveal their traits to a touching “camera eye”. But nothing is established in this place reminiscent of vaudeville, circus and theatre.
