A poetic and introspective short set on the construction-laden waterfront of Beirut, Lebanon. The narrative follows Raed, a security guard tasked with preventing pedestrians from accessing the seaside. As the construction increasingly obstructs the horizon, Raed’s encounters grow more peculiar, blurring the line between dreams and desires. The film explores themes of unfulfilled dreams and existential reflection. It won the Special Jury Prize at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival and Best Short Film at the Beirut Shorts International Film Festival and has been featured in prestigious festivals such as the Venice International Film Festival.
