Lera has been living in Berlin for almost a year since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. Feeling out of place, she decides to return to Kyiv for the first time since the war started. On her way, she finds out that her family is not in Kyiv and will arrive only the next day. She reconnects with her friend Kyrylo, with whom she spends the day. An authentic portrayal of the emotional turmoil experienced by those displaced by conflict, this Polish-Ukrainian short film premiered in the Short Film Competition at Cannes.
