This magical puppet-film follows the 11-year-old Tony, seemingly a completely ordinary and shy boy. But Tony was born with a unique trait – he shines. Literally. Forced to spend his days in the safety of the family home, under the watchful eye of his worried mother, Tony plays in his blanket fort, dreaming of friends and a more adventureous life. But the adventure is never far away for those that seek it. Tony’s strange and wonderous building, inhabited by colorful and eccentric characters, hides many mysteries and stories just waiting to be discovered, as Tony will find out when a new girl moves into the building – the bold and curious Shelly.
