This year we will be having the 1,000th screening on our film hill. We will celebrate this exceptional jubilee with an exceptional film – Wim Wenders's Pina in 3D version. The tickets are not for sale – you can have them for free if you buy something in the festival shop (next to the Box Office).
We started the festival with a silent movie and our 1,000th screening will be a 3D show – the first such screening in the region in an open-air theater. Pina is the first European 3D film and the first art film ever made. By using inserts from the cult dance production such as ‘Café Müller’, ‘Le Sacre du printemps’, ‘Vollmond’ and ‘Kontakthof', Wim Wenders will acquaint us with the work of one of the greatest choreographers of all times.
Come see Pina on Friday at 11:30pm!!!
