Keeping things moving between screenings, we\u2019ve prepared a film quiz with Morana Zibar, and a handful of other films to satisfy every taste.<br \/><br \/>The day begins at 10:00 with a morning workout session by the lake, followed by the <strong>CDFG Campus<\/strong>, an industry training program for the new generation of filmmakers, with a showcase of student films made at Zagreb\u2019s VERN University and the Belgrade Academy of Arts \u2013 at 10:30 at Cinema Mak.<br \/><br \/>Cinehill\u2019s cultural reach simultaneously extends beyond the festival\u2019s cinemas, as we host the Cinehill Europe Round Table in <strong>Delnice<\/strong>, debating whether cultural programming can help revitalise local communities.<br \/><br \/>The film program at 11:00 kicks off at two screens simultaneously: at Cinema Bauer, as part of the Little Cinehill children\u2019s program inspired by Du\u0161an Vukoti\u0107\u2019s filmmaking, we\u2019re screening his <em>Visitors from the Arkana Galaxy<\/em>, a science-fiction children\u2019s comedy from 1981. Meanwhile at Cinema Golik, there is a reprise screening of <strong>Andrey Zvyagintsev<\/strong>\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/film\/minotaur\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Minotaur<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, a politically charged contemporary reworking of Chabrol\u2019s <em>La Femme infid\u00e8le<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p><p class=\"p1\">At 11.30 at Cinema Mak, our international young programmers are presenting the film <a href=\"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/film\/hair-paper-water\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>Hair, Paper, Water<\/strong><\/em><\/a> by <strong>Nicolas Graux<\/strong> and <strong>Tr\u01b0\u01a1ng Minh Qu\u00fd<\/strong>. The film is screened as part of the Young4Film program, a network of European festivals dedicated to including young people into the decision-making processes that shape the landscape of European film festivals and cinemas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Catch a break from film screenings with quiz master Morana Zibar\u2019s exciting trivia quiz The Forest Knows, taking place in Rakov Jarak at 13:00.<br \/><br \/>Back at Cinema Bauer, the Greenland program opens with the music documentary <a href=\"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/film\/sume-the-sound-of-a-revolution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Sum\u00e9: The Sound of a Revolution<\/em> <\/strong><\/a>by <strong>Inuk Silis H\u00f8egh<\/strong>, about the progressive rock band that became the soundtrack of Greenland\u2019s 1970s movement for freedom, identity and cultural emancipation, screening alongside <strong>Inuk J\u00f8rgensen<\/strong>\u2019s short fiction <a href=\"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/film\/entropy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Entropy<\/em><\/strong><\/a>.<br \/><br \/>At 13:30, at Cinema Mak, get ready for Slovenian director <strong>\u017diga Virc<\/strong>\u2019s feature<a href=\"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/film\/stealing-land\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em> <strong>Stealing Land<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, in which an apparently innocuous children\u2019s game triggers a cascade of political debates and personal scores among the adults involved.<br \/><br \/>Then at 14:00, if you missed it the first time around, head over to Cinema Golik for the second showing of <strong>Clio Barnard<\/strong>\u2019s<a href=\"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/film\/i-see-buildings-fall-like-lightning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em> I See Buildings Fall Like Lightning<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, in which a once-inseparable group of friends must confront the differences between the lives they imagined and the ones they ended up living.<br \/><br \/>Alternatively, if your appetite craves some politically charged fare, at 15:00 visit Cinema Bauer for a repeat of <a href=\"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/film\/a-man-of-his-time\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>A Man of His Time<\/em><\/strong><\/a> by <strong>Emmanuel Marre<\/strong>, a fictionalised reckoning with the director\u2019s great-grandfather, who ended up on the wrong side of history.<br \/><br \/>In the meantime, the third block of shorts in the CineCorto competition awaits you at 15:30 at Cinema Mak.<\/p>\n\n<p>The discursive program in Rakov Jarak opens at 16:00 with a talk with former Greenlandic MP <strong>Aaja Chemnitz<\/strong> hosted by <strong>Rada Bori\u0107<\/strong>, addressing the political and environmental challenges of life in a country that has become the focus of powerful nations due to its resources and strategic location.<br \/><br \/>At 17:00, we continue with the book launch of <em>Did You Film This?<\/em>, the published correspondence between cult directors <strong>Rajko Grli\u0107<\/strong> and <strong>Goran Markovi\u0107<\/strong>. <strong>Miroljub Vu\u010dkovi\u0107<\/strong> joins the authors for a conversation about friendship, cinema, and the sociopolitical landscape they have navigated together.<br \/><br \/>At the same time, Cinema Golik continues the day with <a href=\"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/film\/jasmina\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Jasmina<\/em><\/strong><\/a> by <strong>Ned\u017ead Begovi\u0107<\/strong>, as part of a retrospective program devoted to <strong>Zijah Sokolovi\u0107<\/strong>, marking his lifetime achievement, the Cinehill 50 Years Award.<br \/><br \/>At 18:00, Cinema Bauer features a reprise of <strong>Lila Pinell<\/strong>\u2019s witty feature <a href=\"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/film\/shana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>Shana<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, the story about Parisian losers and an homage to the cinematic language of Sean Baker, screening alongside <strong>Dalija Dozet<\/strong>\u2019s short <a href=\"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/film\/the-busa-masks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><em>The<\/em> <em>Bu\u0161a Masks<\/em><\/strong>.<\/a><br \/><br \/>The Montenegrin program continues at Cinema Mak.
