{"id":60181,"date":"2025-02-06T16:29:00","date_gmt":"2025-02-06T15:29:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/submissions-for-cinehill-shorts-2025-are-now-open\/"},"modified":"2025-02-06T16:43:40","modified_gmt":"2025-02-06T15:43:40","slug":"submissions-for-cinehill-shorts-2025-are-now-open","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cinehill.eu\/en\/submissions-for-cinehill-shorts-2025-are-now-open\/","title":{"rendered":"SUBMISSIONS FOR CINEHILL SHORTS 2025 ARE NOW OPEN!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Cinehill International Film Festival welcomes short films from Croatia, the region, Europe, and around the world\u2014everyone is invited to submit their work for the 27th edition of the festival, which continues the legacy of the Motovun Film Festival in a fresh new setting.&#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>Films can be fiction, documentary, or animated, and must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maximum runtime: 20 minutes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>World premiere after January 1, 2024<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Screening at Cinehill will be the film\u2019s first public screening in Croatia&#13;\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>A three-member international jury will select the best film, and the winning director will receive a \u20ac2000 cash prize.&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>To support and promote regional cinema, filmmakers from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Slovenia, and Serbia can submit their films free of charge until March 17, 2025. Submissions are accepted exclusively through FilmFreeway.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The Cinehill Festival will take place from July 23 to 27, 2025, for the third year at its new location in the breathtaking Gorski kotar region, with main screenings held at the Fu\u017eine lakes.
