The playfully subversive and surprisingly contemporary reinterpretation of Claude Fournier\u2019s 1970 satire <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two Women in Gold<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> follows a series of women\u2019s \u201cexcursions\u201d with a touch of absurdity and humour, while also empathetically depicting the deep-seated needs that brought them there, lending layered emotional weight to female desire.
