While it may be coveted by foreigners, its dwindling local population can see the reality behind the mask: high prices, poor infrastructure and mass tourism. The \u201ctypical Italian social life\u201d is not their cup of tea. Is there an authentic Venice after all? The film tells us how a common good falls prey to a minority. This is a eulogy to the last remaining Venetians, their humor and their hearts.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Andreas Pichler<\/strong> studied philosophy and cultural studies in Bologna and Berlin.
