Jurica Pavičić is a Croatian novelist, screenwriter, short story writer and journalist. Author of nine novels and two short story collections, he gained literary reputation with his unorthodox thrillers and crime novels which mix social analysis with deep insights into morally complex situations and human destinies. His novels won several Croatian literary awards.

Read this! is a new program showcasing writers who have marked the year with their books or awards, and, in addition to talking about their work, at Cinehill they will also recommend two of their unmissable favourite reads for this summer. From Thursday to Sunday, every afternoon we hang out with Milan Majerović-Stilinović, Ante Tomić, Jurica Pavičić and Monika Herceg, while Milan will bring with him the great author Stanislav Habjan, who will show us that writing is not his only strength.
